“ Paragon Family Restaurant has a variety of breakfast offerings. I was here for the Eggs Benedict. My review is only of the Benedicts, nothing else. The staff was polite and helpful. They took good care of me. With that in mind, I will let you know that have a "top ten" list for Benedicts. My rating is based on 3 weights : 70% = taste 20% = presentation 10% = price #1 - taste: They do use a thick piece of ham. The eggs were an almost perfect easy. The Hollandaise sauce was made from scratch and had a very distinctive flavor and taste but not just a plain yellow sauce. The reason I review Eggs Benedict is because of the difference in the flavor of the Hollandaise sauce. They do not have hash browns but have call "boiled, sliced and fried potatoes." They were browned like hash browns. #2 -presentation : It was great. #3-price: $13.59 is right in line with Bennys with hash browns. Coffee for $2.79 a cup which is lower then a lotta places. I also tried the biscuit and gravy. One of the best ever. Although it did not make my top 10 Eggs benedict list they are very good and worth the try. ”
